Report "I have the Pinnacle TV Center Pro 8001 Internal TV Tuner Card. Suddenly I get a gray screen, no signal, and a ''failure to change channels'' message. I tried to uninstall the app. and reinstall, but get an error message saying that I have to finish installing the previous version before I can uninstall it to install a new copy. Was going to try installing just the newest driver, but that didn't help either"
