Silly question I know but going to ask it anyway - where is the pump?
I did look for a filter but it doesn't have one. At the back of the washing machine there does seem to be a panel that can be undone - do I need to undo it?

Remove rear panel,locate and remove large black hose fastened to bottom of drum , inside you will find the pump filter, remove and clean
