It was not making this 'extra' mechanical sound until today. When I check my Nexia portal online, sure enough, the event history shows the locking event, immediately followed by: "NOTIFICATION 09 01 Hardware Failure" Does anyone know what this notification means? The battery level is 65% and the lock DOES lock successfully.
