from your statement above this means that the element that is the heat provider of your teledyne have develop weakness in it function

what you need to do from here is that open your teledyne laar with the technical tools then trace the maize i.e the wire that is connected to power to the element remove the wire connected to the element (heater) remove the old element and get another new one to fix it up then your heater will work fine again.

please do this with care and make sure that when carrying out this function all form of power supply should be disconnect from power in order to avoid electrical accident or any form of it

to locate heater from the from your teledyne laar it always in black or brawn in colour
