Report "I have the upgraded 2140. I am doing satin stitching. I was having tension issues and finally got it working for me. I changed thread color and now the top thread is not connecting with the bobbin. It sews a few stitches then stops with the error message and a ball of thread on the under side of the fabric. I have tried different settings and switched to a straight stitch and still have the same problem. This machine is new to me so I am still learning how to use it. Any help will be appreciated"
