Report "I have three of these drives. Only one appears on my desktop. Of the two that won't appear, one was working fine the last time I used it and the other suffered a bit of tumble. Before taking them in for repair or recovery (either way means spending $$$), is there something I could do to get them working? Perhaps some utility?"
