I have tried several times to use thismic without success. In the instuction leaflet it tells you on page 8 to set the level of guitar how can you set the levels of anything without plging it into a USB port. And when I do plug it into a port, it lights up OK butI cant hear a thing. i have set all inputs and outputs in sound control panal to USB audio codec, and still no joy can you help?

Windows is famous for muting audio devices. So, next time you plug in your guitar, you must click open the Volume button in the System Tray in the right bottom corner of the screen and un mute everything. Then hopefully you should hear yourself play the guitar.
