I have tried to restart my computer in the safe mode and run a sytem restore but it goes to blue screen and show tech information stop:0x000000F7 (0x00000004, 0x00007EA9, 0xFFFF8156, 0x00000000) what do i need to do to fix it

Reset the ram (Ensure power is switched off at wall) or replace ram. I assume you do NOT hear a single beep on startup??
