Report "I have two new Fahrenheat Hydronic baseboard heaters, both with new side mounted thermostats (attached to the units themselves). One functions perfectly. The other is either on or off. The thermostat doesn't seem to control the heat. Triple checked wiring. What is the most likely solution?"
