Report "I have two Visor Hansprings with a problem . . my Platinum has a broken screen . . and the other which is cobalt blue (I don't know which model this is as I cannot locate a picture on the web) has a new screen never used but there is a circuit problem of some kind as teh device comes on and then turns off automatically within seconds . . ideally, I would get them both repaired or at least one replaced"
