I have two zebra printers 140XIIII Plus. Printing labels from the same database file. One prints the characters in boold the other one doesn't. Is this because of the driver? How can I make the two printers print with the same font properties?

You would have to look at the Zebra programming language(ZPL) being sent to the printer. Are you writing your own code or using a labeling software package ? The printer driver will convert to ZPL if using a labeling software package. You didn't say if the two printers are connected to the same PC or two PC's. Check your formats if two PC's. Something else is going on if both printers are connected to the same PC.
