When you get that message, the features are not supported, are you trying to pause, fast forward, rewind, or possibly record? Normally unplugging the receiver from your electrical outlet for about 10 seconds and plugging back in will take care of this problem. This will reboot the receiver and re-acquire satellite signal. If this does not resolve the issue, we may need to replace the receiver. I hope this helps.
