I have water drips from the filter on my dometic ac. Then when you change the settings or turn unit off it drains more water. I noticed a lot of condensation in the area of the coil foam housing
Everything seems to be draining properly on topside. It is a brand new trailer and factory installed unit

Sounds like unit is too small or there is too high of humidity. An A/C unit draws water out of the air as it absorbs the heat from the room. If the room is too big or there is too high of humidity the evaporator will freeze the moister and ice will build up then it will drip when turned off as the ice melts. As a fix, You can get a bigger unit, use a dehumidifier ( which works the same as A/C), or start the A/C at a warmer temp.and turn down gradually as air moisture disappears.
