I have Westinghouse LTV-32w3 and the power wont turn. The blue light next to the power button on the side just keeps blinking so it seems to be getting power but nothing is happening. If anybody has any solutions please help

There is a blown capacitor in the power supply board the cap looks like a can and will have a domed top or puffed up on the top where it vented the vlaue of the part is printed on the side you cna , or have someone replace the cap or caps
and you should be good to go
