I have win 7 on hp elitebook 8530p and i got the 0xc000000e error and i changed my boot order and i still cant boot from my cd rom
I got the laptop without a install disk and i have burnt about ten different ones and not single one will even load i also bought easyre from neo smart

If you take the hard drive out, can the laptop boot from its DVD drive? If the laptop can boot up from DVD drive, then you need to reformat the hard drive before you install the Windows 7 using your DVD drive.
