I have windows XP and Creatacard 3 has run well for several years now and all of a sudden, it tells me that the address book is not loaded... how do I load it? I have unstall and reinstalled and over and over again, and i get the same error message. 85 % or better, runs well... just cannot load the address book. what can I do? Software issue. You need to do a complete uninstall of the program by going into the registry after you uninstall to remove any and all fragments left over by the normal uninstall. THEN, reinstall the program and see what happens.
