Report "I have Xara XS v. 9.1.0.429 from a Magazine disk, After installation when I try to start the program a message box states "FAILED TO LOAD FILE" If I try to open Xara Picture Editor message (1) says "CANNOT REGISTER DLL" second message says "DllRegisterServer returned error" message (3) says "Xara Picture Editor installation fault (No EPE Object) Would appreciate help"
