I haven't used the miele novotronic washing machine in our other house for a year and noticed when i tried today the water was only dribbling into soap tray-thereis enough pressure in water feed so feel the inlet holes above tray may have some scale build-up,my question is how can i access and clean ?

More than likely the problem is actually the inlet valve which only partly allows water to flow into the unit. you would need to remove the lid and replace the inlet valve which is on the left hand back corner of the unit. Valves are available from Miele
