I hit the start button and the green lights for normal cycle, Heated Dry and washing illuminate. Nothing happens and after @56 seconds, the lights go out. Can this be fixed?
On my third attempt to start the dishwasher, I heard the water start to run but then after 20-30 seconds, it stopped and the lights went out.

Not sure, however there is a round thing on the inside bottom of your dishwasher. It looks like a air hockey handle. Try easy to push it up and down. This is the dishwasher float. Then try running it again.
