Report "I installed a delta R11600 3-port six function diverter for a shower to control between the hand held spray and fixed shower head. Per the instructions provided I selected the ( 3 function blue bottom ) stem extender. I assumed the 3 positions would be "off", "hand spray", and "fixed head". But that's not what's going on. One of the positions is the fixed head. The other two positions split the water pressure between the hand spray and the fixed head. Can you tell me what I need to do to resolve this? Joe"
