I installed my powerbolt today and it works but after i enter my code to unlock it, it retracts the bolt and then beats at me a couple times, but it works... and the green light keeps flashingwhats wrong with it?

The lock is working just as it is supposed to. The beeping after it retracts is an audible signal to let you know that the lock has opened or closed.
The flashing green light is a visual signal to let you know that the lock is "open" and you are able to open the door. When the lock is "locked" the light will flash red momentarilly and then should stay solid red for a brief time.
Everything is working just fine, so congratulations on doing a successful installation of your new electronic lock!

This is not true. The green light flashes whether the door is locked or unlocked. The only way for the green light to stop flashing is to press the lock button.. but then I'm not home and it's irrelevant if the light flashes or not.
