Report "I installed my wireless mouse when I purchased my computer. It was installed and was working fine for a month. All of a sudden it stopped working. I thought maybe it was the batteries, so I put brand new ones in but it still doesn't work. The red light flashes as if it's trying to work and I have the reciever plugged into my laptop with the antena up but no luck. I've tried holding down the reset button, still nothing. I really need this to work, can you help me out here?"
