I installed Print Artist Platinum 23 and when i clicked on the icon to launch it, i get the error that says "the application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem" I de-installed it, rebooted and reinstalled it and I get the same results. I am on Xp
