I just added a WD 500GB USB 2.0 external hard drive. When first installed, it showed up in My Computer as well as Device Manager. In attempting to copy my C drive to it, I used Easeus Todo Backup software which gave me the option to clone the hard drive. Afterwards, the new drive disappeared from My Computer, but still shows up in Device Manager. I'm not sure it cloned, but how can I find it and get it to show up in My Computer? Thanks, Ted

It happens sometimes restart the PC if the it not solves the problem then foloow the below instructions.
Richt click on My computer - > manage --> Right click on the option where the hard disk is showing and uistall the drivers and reinstall again the drivers and scan for the hardware changes.
