Unfortunetly, you only have 2 options in that case. Either you take it to your local Volkswagon dealer and ask them for the code, which will require you to go with the car itself cause they will need the serial number and having the car itself will prove it's not a stolen radio you're trying to get up and running, and of course they will charge from around 40$ and up for the service, or second option, you take the whole thing out of there and replace it with an aftermarket radio like a Sony or Pioneer or Alpine or whatever which will never ask for a code even if the battery goes dead for 3 decades.:)
