I just bought a Fossil sport watch, model CH2643. I've owned it for 5 days and on 5 or 6 occasions I have found the watch had stopped. The culprit to stopping the watch is the stem. It doesn't seem to stay in while I'm wearing it. It pops out and stops the functioning of the watch. I then have to reset the time and push the stem back in. What may be causing the stem to pop out like that?
On some watches the winder needs to be screwed (clockwise?) after pushing it in.
If this does not solve your problem, I suggest you go to your nearest dealer (for a list see the the Fossil website and go to the bottom of the screen and click on "store locator").
It may be that the watch is faulty and needs to be returned as a claim against the warranty.
The stem/winder on this watch does not require screwing it in. I tried that and it just keeps turning and turning.
I bought this watch while I was on vacation in Las Vegas and I live in Maine. The nearest Fossil store is 180 miles away. The stem/winder on this watch does not require screwing it in.
