I just bought a new aqua beat and it does not appear in pc, it appears as unknown device
I tried in windows xp sp 3 and windows 7 on diffent pc. The same . Sometimes it may appear if I push the cable as storage device but it can not be formatted and appears as 0 capacity . I've charged it a lot till led becomes green, but the same. It's too pity for a brand new device to act like that. Any suggestions ?
