Report "I just bought a polti intelligent from UK but i'm staying in Malaysia. After i got my product, i realized that i'm not familiar with the product. So i called up polti agent in Malaysia but they did not want to help me out. They said if i bought from UK, the unit won't last long because some people also same like me (buy from UK because it is cheaper), but the unit only last for few months only. They said the quality is different from Malaysia one. I just wondered what they meant. Is it the polti product we bought from UK is not the same like selling in Malaysia. So what should i do and where can i make my complain?"
