Report "I just bought a steelseries merc stealth keyboard, plugged it in, downloaded the software, and updated zengine. Though it says it downloaded new mods, no preset mods appear in the menu, and it doesn't allow me to create any custom mods. Anyone know what the issue is? I'm running 32 bit vista, and have tried the 32 bit UK installer, then uninstalled and tried the 32 bit NA installer, both with no improvement"
