Report "I just bought a used Razer Carcharias at The Gathering. When I plug it to my computer ( Alienware mx17 ) I get really bad sound. It wont play ANY bass at all and I can barely hear a song with full volume. I have checked if there is any problem with the wire and the plugs but it's not. I also tried the headset on another computer and still same problem. When i do a test call in skype with 100% volume i still cant hear the test lady"
