I just bought a used Sportsmobile built in 2002. The Porta Potti was never used butI need a users manual to figure out how to use and maintain it. I can't find a model or serial number. It just says "Porta Potti Electric". Given that it is a 2002 product can you figure out what model it is and tell me how I can obtain a users manual?

According to the Sportsmobile custom website, the porta potti you have is called a Thetford Electric flush porta potti. There is only one electric flush made by Thetford, so a model number is not necessary to locate instructions or a manual that shows maintenance and use ect.
Here is a link to the manual, parts list and usage instructions for your Porta Potti. When the page opens, click on the link on the top right hand side that says "manual" to download a PDF version to save to your computer.
