Report "I just bought an Cuisianrt Espresso Machine EM-100. It worked well for maybe three or four weeks, then the coffee started coming out from one portafilter spout more than the other. Finally the whole thing seemed to get blocked, and is now useless, no matter how lightly I pack in the espresso. If I take away the portafilter, hot water comes out of the 'shower head' just fine, and the portafilter's two 'nozzles' are both clear. So is it the filter basket that's jammed? I've tried poking its little perforations with the cleaning pins but still nothing. As you might guess I am quite disappointed with this product. Please help, before I am forced to return it for a refund"
