I just bought this 2600 used and got my F jack adapter. I hooked it up and when I power it on I get a solid blank screen like there is no game in it. It only came with one game so I am not sure if it's the game itself. Help!

The signal is output at 56MHz or 60MHz depending on the channel you use. Normal tv is around 350MHz to 700MHz so you need to got to the bottom range to tune. Also check that the contacts of the game catridge are not black looking, if so clean with some alchol to remove the soot build up, this will make sure the screen is outputted in proper format. Neil
