Report "I just bought version 8.5.6 It just sits there on the toolbar and won't come up. Taskbar maager says it's running but I cannot get it off the toolbar. That means it won't open and I cannot use any utilities. I'm rub=nning windows xp service pak 3 How do I get it up?"
