I just got a 4610sw to work at home. If I connect the phone directing to my cable connection it works fine. If I connect thru my D-Link EBR 2310 router, it does not. I get IKE Phase1 no response. I can get to web pages with my my cable conection

On your web browser look at your router's preferences. After hooking the phone to the router, we now know something in the router's preferences is holding it back from connecting. I would make sure the option is checked for Universal plug and play (UPnP Devices) in those preferences. I think the default ip address to get to these preferences are 192.168.1.1 and default user name is admin password is admin also.

Please they are not compatible.
You can only use this product when it is plugged in to the cable connection directly.
