I just got a brand new enV2 in the mail. Everything was perfect when I got it, but a few hours later the internal screen went black as I was trying to reply to a text message. The backlight was still on, but nothing was showing up, so the internal use of the phone isn't really..usuable anymore. It's a brand new phone, and I want to see if I can fix the problem myself before going into the store again

The same thing happen with mine, more then several times. what i did the first few times was shut it off for a while, about 20-40 minutes. but after the 4 times this occured it was black for a while and i still cant get it back, it is on but black screen. i dont know what to do, but i tried taking my battery out and everything, i know im posting this in the solution but thats cause i cant find the problem one(: please help!!!!!!
There really isn't much you can do with a problem like that.
