Report "I just got this juicer. It's new and it's been great except I just tried it this morning and it seemed like the auger will not go in all the way or something no matter how i turn it...so the end of the auger with the juicing screen around it is sticking out and looks like it's blocking any way for pulp to get outw ith the cap on? Or maybe that's how it looked before--either way it's not producing pulp... it's all getting stuck and only a tiny bit of juice comes out. What do i do?!"
