Report "I just got this targus not too long ago and ive been trying to figure out if jm doing something wrong or irs broken. I got the targus chill mat+ with usb and i plugged it into the wall for a min but i dont hear the fans working. I plugged it into the computer and still hear no fans. Am i doing something wrong or is it broken i dont really know how to work it"
