I just installed a Hansgrohe Metro E kitchen faucet and the hand spray hose coupling leaks. I've followed the instructions but the connecting nut and washers for the handspray supply hose do not provide a tight seal with the handspray hose

I had same problem. Wrap the threads with teflon tape 2-3 times. Use a wrench and pair of channel locks to tighten the connection.

Did you use plumbers putty or teflon tape on the threads of the connection??
