I just installed a power supply on a at31v1.0 motherboard and installed all the power connectors right as they are keyed but when I power on the system I get two alternating beeps one low and high. I have disconnected all the drives except for two cd rom drives and 1 floppy and I made sure all the pci boards were seated properly. What do you think the problem is?

I am sorry for slow response, with holidays coming I had to do some x-mas shopping. If you are getting half way through the boot up process, it is your CPU. I am sorry to say it is damgaed CPU. You be suprised on how a lot of heat in a little space can damaged a CPU very quickly. I had to replaced my fan, because I had a CPU Fan went out on me, but luckly I caught it in time. Damaged or overheating CPU. Make sure that all of your cooling fans are working.
