Report "I just installed Adventure Workshop: Preschool - 1st Grade (The Learning Company). Installation when fine...except that after I load the game, there is a scratchy noise (kind of like a record) and the characters get stuck on a phrase and just keep repeating the same 3 or 4 words over and over (until you click on something else...then it does the same thing). Any ideas? Our system meets the min. requirements"
