Report "I just installed leapfrog connect and everything was fine. then my next step is to plug in the device Tag to the computer with the usb and so i did and for some reason my computer or the Tag reader isnt connecting. im trying to register my tag and download the books but its not picking up the Tag. what do i need to do?"
