I Just powered up my Xbox 360 and started to play a game of Halo 3 and the screen started to turn all white and green.I shut of my Xbox 360, thinking that would solve the problem. However, I turned it back on and receicved The E74 console error. Microsoft said that it is a AV cable error. I really doubt that. I beliveve that it is a chip ( THE HaNa chip) and that the only REAL and productive solution is to sent it in to microsoft or if you have the money, buy a new one

SEND IT TO MICRO SOFT AND THEY HAVE A PROGRAM CALL DISC EXCHANGE, FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS IN YOU XBOX.COM SERVICE SECTION ON THE WEB. YOU'LL BE PLAYING HALO 3 FINDING YOUR SKULLS IN NO TIME. THE ERROR MESSAGES COME FROM TWO PLACES. EITHER YOUR DISC WITCH IT WILL STATE DISC ERROR, OR CONSOLE ERROR, WITCH USALLY GOES AWAY. CHECK ALL CONECTIONS BEFORE SENDING THE CONSOLE IN FOR REPAIRS.
