I just purchased a Admiral Top Load washer Model #ATW4675YQ and I noticed it DOES NOT fill for the rinse cycle. Is this normal? It puts a VERY small amount of water in the tub and then drains. Why is that? It doesn't have a fabric softener dispenser so I use the Downy ball and it never activates the ball so no softener in clothes. This is very frustrating!!

I have had problems from day one. It often starts in the rinse cycle and doesn't get clothes clean. Customer report says you have to unplug it so it can reset so it'll start with fill, wash & THEN rinse. It also makes an ungodly amount of noise and sounds like someone kicking a trash can.
What you failed to say wade dunlap is that 82%of customers recommend this product 812 of 988review, also from what I read on home depots site was because the washer is Energy Efficiency it does not put a lot of water in the tub like the older machines. No I dont own one yet going to get it today and will test it out myself, from what I have read about this washer' there are way more satisfied people that recommend this washer then dissatisfied.
