I just purchased a plantronics cordless headset to use for business. There were no instructions in the box, and I am having problems. I have connected my headset properly, except when I get a phone call from my computer, it answers it but then rings through the headset after I already answered it

I was not sure which model you are using. Hard to understand problem without knowing the configurations and the connections.
