Report "I just purchased an EnGenus ERB 9250 WiFi signal booster. My wireless network has no protection or passwords. I just keep file sharing off on my computer and where I live I am not concerned with being pirated, to far from others. My new signal booster will not allow me to connect to the internet through the device. All the lights suggest that it is working and reading my wireless connection just fine. It show up on my connections and I am able to successfully conect to the device but not the internet. I am not savy enough to know how to fix the problem even after reading the supplied manual. HELP?"
