I just purchased the Tamron 18-270 lens. When I take photos with the flash on, I get like a dark half-circle shadow either at the bottom or to the side of the photos. What could be causing this?
Lens is to long for the internal flash. Try an external one, it's position is more away from the center of the camera. Normally this should'nt happen, may be that the internal reflector of your flash is disorted. Try to get a cheap 430 EX, more power, better light and with an radio controller usable as an unleashed flash. You'll get better pictures with flash a little bit far away from the camera angle.
