I just rented tiger woods 11 pga for the ps3 and I can't play online because I do not have a book or redeem code. When I called the store they said contact ea servers to get a redeem code. I want to play online asap

That will not solve your issue. EA started to implement an "online authorization code" that without it you can only set up a 7 or 10 day trial ( sorry, for I do not remember for what time duration), so you will need to A. set up a trial and play for 7 days and since its a rental that should suffice, or B. pay 10 dollars I believe and have longer access.
