One tooth of on the cams will cause rough running, not so much a misfire. Meaning no codes. You have to get the crank and the right side(looking at the front of the engine) set first (tight belt). The left side will come in line when you have enough tension on the belt/tensioner. Some times you need to use a pry bar on the tensioner to get them aligned. then tighten the bolt.
