I just replaced the toner cartridges for the second time but still find my print (text) is grey instead of black and looks like it is suffering from double vision (or I am suffering from double vision) but the print looks like there are two letters, each slightly off from each other
1 of two things. You have a bad heat roll in the fuser. They will wear out the teflon and cause that problem. That is the very hot area in the exit area of the machine. Also there s a machine made by Sharp but marketed by 3 or 4 vendors, Sharp, Toshiba, Xerox and some others, where the high voltage power supply will cause that problem. Most likely the fuser needs replaced. That is the most likely problem. I mention the high voltage power supply because it is a possibility.
